IT Update – Travel Form
Dear Hudson Team,
CLARIFICATION: This is required when you are travelling outside the Hudson Operating Countries Ex: Estonia, United States, United Kingdom, Kenya, South Africa, etc.
Therefore, there is no need to place the Travel Form request if you are travelling within Hudson Operating Countries (Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Morocco, Algeria or Nigeria)
In line with our commitment to ensuring secure and seamless access to corporate systems, we are introducing an important step for all employees. Effective immediately, all employees travelling outside Hudson Operating Countries must submit the Travel Form for any planned travel, whether for business or leisure purposes.
This process allows us to enable temporary user access from your destination country, ensuring uninterrupted access to our systems while adhering to security protocols. You can find the Travel Form and additional information on Travel - Office Country Access : Hudson IT which is required to be submitted at least 2 working days before your travel.

Please ensure compliance with this requirement to avoid access issues during your travel.
